The following categories of your personal data will be processed: first name, last name, address, telephone number, tax ID (NIP), e-mail address;

Your personal data will be disclosed and processed by BIO-CHIC Sp. z o.o. and persons authorised by BIO-CHIC Sp. z o.o. to process personal data,

Your personal data will be processed by BIO-CHIC Sp. z o.o. for the duration of the order and archiving of records related to the fulfilment of an order (5 years);

Your personal data is provided voluntary, but it is necessary for the execution of orders;

You have the right to access your data, the right to rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, the right to object to processing and the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office;

Your personal data will not be used for automated decision-making or profiling referred to in Art. 22 of the GDPR.
